Been taking beef liver for a while now, as I believe it’s one of the best supplements you could possibly take with the sheer density of vitamins and nutrients it contains. However, as of recently, the company I used to use changed manufacturers and the product has gone downhill. Like NOTICEABLY downhill - was not feeling the energy I used to have, and my recovery after workouts was slacking.I decided look into some new companies and stumbled upon this one. Thought I’d give it a try. This is what I’ve noticed so far:- The pills look noticeably different from my previous company. It’s not a huge difference, but it looks more similar to the previous version (the better version) of the previous company’s pills. You can see more of the granules in the pill. What does this mean? Not quite sure. But it’s the first thing I noticed.- Comes in a glass bottle vs plastic. Just feels more expensive in your hand. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the product which is appreciated. The added bonus of not harming the environment is a nice touch.- My energy is back up. I definitely feel the sharpness I used to feel. And I’m not getting groggy mid day which is also very noticeable.- My hair feels thicker? Yeah, this isn’t something I had with the other pills, but I’m not complaining! I’ll take it lol. Also, I feel as though I have less grey in my beard. Again, not sure if this is attributed to the beef liver pills, but I haven’t really changed much in my day to day, so this is the o key thing I can think of.- Recovery is much better. Creatine has helped in my recovery, but the beef liver pills really amplify the effects for me personally. I can lift weights pretty comfortably 4-6 times a week which wasn’t always the case.I will continue to take these going forward and provide an update in a couple months. I’ve only been taking them for a couple weeks now, but I can honestly say so far, so good. Really good.
